Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Communications, Supply Chain, or related field of study
  • Between 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service
  • Between 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle for finished goods, ensuring accurate and timely processing in SAP.
  • Serve as a key liaison between customers, sales, supply chain, and logistics teams to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency.
  • Enter, validate, and maintain customer orders in SAP. Ensure pricing, quantities, and delivery dates are accurate.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics to resolve order issues.
  • Communicate proactively on delays or changes.
  • Provide timely updates to customers on order status.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or complaints.
  • Prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in projects to improve order management processes.
