About The Position

CUSTOMER OPERATIONS COORDINATOR Must be in Central MN and have reasonable commute to St. Cloud, MN due to in-office requirements. SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday–Friday 9:00am-6:00pm CST and every third Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm CST. COMPENSATION: Starting Pay $23.50 - $26.75 per hour. (The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.) Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED or a minimum of 4 years equivalent experience in customer service, operations, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a lead-type role, including handling escalated calls and supporting team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous call center experience.
  • Prior experience in a Collections role.
  • At least one year of relevant operational support experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handles escalated customer calls, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Monitors and manages inbound and outbound dialer queues, making real-time adjustments to meet business needs.
  • Acts as a support presence for department employees by answering questions, assisting with issues, and guiding day-to-day processes.
  • Ensures agent performance and dialer compliance by reviewing call lists and schedules.
  • Performs opening and/or closing procedures for the building and department as scheduled.
