About The Position

Volkswagen Financial Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Volkswagen Group, is the trusted key to mobility for its brand partners. We are committed to supporting the Audi, Ducati, and Volkswagen brands and their Dealers, specializing in providing accessible mobility solutions for its Customers. The company’s offerings include Retail Leasing, Retail Financing, Commercial Financing for new and used vehicles, and End-of-Term vehicle disposition. The Customer Operations Admin Representative is responsible for handling all inbound / outbound documentation to the Pickering Office and ensure scanning and archiving in our system of record. Manage checks daily deposits and prepare / courier VCCI cheques to vendors and customers.

Requirements

  • High school Diploma
  • 1 years of experience with administrative tasks
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and written (French & English)
  • Attention to detail

  • College diploma
  • 1 to 3 years of related work experience

Responsibilities

  • Receive and identify all checks (Purolator, UPS, Canada Post) to ensure correct account is associated with payment. Prepare, sort and process daily deposit. Print and courier VCCI checks.
  • Open, sort and scan inbound mail, including funding and Transfer of equity packages, to store a copy in our system of record. Archives documents into a folder to be sent for outside storage.
  • Validate signature and verify information on original documentation received for electronic contracts.
  • Print, prepare and courier outbound mail initiated by Customer Operations and Customer Advocacy groups.
  • Support Customer operations with administrative daily tasks including managing the inbox for various departments.
