This position is remote: you work flexibly from your place of residence within Germany and organize your appointments independently. Requirements

• You enjoy working with people, explain patiently, and quickly connect with a wide variety of personalities – from single studios to multi-location businesses.
• Structure and self-responsibility are a matter of course for you – you know how to manage your day efficiently in a remote setup.
• You speak German at a native level, can communicate in English, and are willing to familiarize yourself with a digital product (CRM experience is a plus).

Responsibilities

• You shape the onboarding experience: You accompany new customers from contract signing to successful go-live.
• Even after training, you stay in touch: In the first few weeks, you are the main point of contact and actively support customers in getting started with the software.
• You advise our customers on the optimal use of our tools – with the goal of simplifying their daily work, digitizing processes, and creating real added value.
• You plan and organize your week independently, prepare accounts, and keep an eye on your open to-dos.
• You are our link: You work closely with Sales, Support, and Product Development to ensure a seamless customer experience.
