We’re looking for a highly organized and motivated Customer Marketing & Advocacy Specialist to support the execution of our growing customer marketing and advocacy programs. This role is critical to scaling how we engage, learn from, and activate our customers across the full lifecycle. As part of the marketing team, you’ll work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Demand Generation to bring customer stories to life, support advocacy initiatives, and ensure our programs run smoothly and effectively. You’ll play a key role in coordinating campaigns, managing logistics, and maintaining the systems and data that power our customer programs.
