The Customer Logistics Representative (CLR) is a mid-level role responsible for supporting the successful execution of account plans and statements of work (SOW) by completing tasks assigned by the Operations Supervisor and/or Operations Lead. This role involves executing daily operations, managing the order file and carrier execution, recommending and implementing internal productivity improvements using Quality Driven Manufacturing (QDM) methodologies, and contributing to team unity. The CLR must be able to anticipate changes in priorities, proactively develop plans to meet challenges, and identify and resolve internal and external performance issues.
