About The Position

ValCorp is seeking dependable and detail‑oriented Customer Liaison Support personnel to assist with the receiving, staging, and movement of commercial vehicles on installation. In this role, the employee is responsible for verifying and recording driver and delivery information, contacting the appropriate escort, confirming escort credentials, and releasing vehicles from the staging lot in accordance with all installation laws, regulations, and policies. The position also serves as a Parking and Lot Attendant, overseeing daily parking lot operations, checking vehicles in and out, and moving or parking vehicles when required. The Customer Liaison Support employee controls authorized entry and use of the lot and refers any parking‑related issues to the proper authorities for administrative action, ticketing, or other law enforcement activity as appropriate. Professional communication, attention to detail, and consistent adherence to established procedures are essential to success in this role.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and other environmental elements.
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain compliance with installation regulations.
  • Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain all required base access credentials.
  • Ability to safely move or park vehicles when required.
  • Must be available to work all assigned shifts, including early shifts and the occasional Saturday.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in parking operations, security, or similar roles is helpful but not required.
