About The Position

As a Customer Liaison Specialist, you’ll be the key connection between our customers and the lab — guiding enquiries, providing technical advice, managing workflows, and ensuring results are delivered on time. You’ll also support digital communications, tradeshows, and quality processes that keep our lab running smoothly.

Requirements

  • 1+ years’ experience in analytical laboratory science or sample reception
  • Degree in chemistry, biology, or related discipline
  • Strong communication and customer‑focused mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of chemical/biological analysis
  • LIMS/CRM experience, water sector knowledge, ISO17025 exposure

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide technical testing advice
  • Manage customer accounts and monitor work in progress
  • Maintain CRM information and support pricing proposals
  • Contribute to website updates, LinkedIn content, and tradeshows
  • Support compliance with IANZ/ISO17025 standards
