We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Support Center team! As a vital part of our support structure, this team serves as the hub for the Field Operation team across seven states. This position is set in a call center environment where you will interact with technicians and customers via phone and a variety of computer systems. This is a fast-paced role with a high call volume that offers both challenges and rewards. This position also has sales incentive opportunities. Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
  • Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or sales roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a point of contact between field technicians and customers
  • Handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls
  • Use multiple computer programs to input and track service requests
  • Provide exceptional customer service and problem-resolution
  • Offer solutions to customers – new products, new internet, new services, etc.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and effective solutions
  • Other tasks as assigned
