About The Position

Essent Group Ltd. is seeking a Customer Integrations Advisor to support the successful integration of Essent Guaranty’s services with external partner systems. This individual contributor role acts as a liaison between external partners and internal technology teams, ensuring accurate and efficient data exchange. The position requires supporting integrations with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Product and Pricing Engines (PPE), Point of Sale (POS) platforms, and direct customer integrations, while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4 + years of experience in mortgage operations, technology integrations, financial services systems, or a related role involving data mapping and partner coordination.
  • Ability to work with external partners across varying schedules and time zones as needed.
  • Occasional work outside of normal business hours during critical integration milestones.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage loan origination workflows, business rules, and pricing methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of partner‑facing platforms including LOS, POS, and PPE systems
  • Experience applying AI tools or AI agents to improve data mapping, validation, and integration efficiency.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong auditing and validation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to high‑quality service delivery.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
  • Proficient with standard business and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office applications).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners throughout the end‑to‑end integration lifecycle, providing clear communication, coordination, and support.
  • Elicit, analyze, and translate business requirements and technical specifications between partner organizations and internal IT teams.
  • Perform detailed data mapping, validation, and audit activities to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across integration workflows.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent integration initiatives, assessing business impact and ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Apply mortgage origination, credit policy, and pricing knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve integration‑related issues.
  • Leverage AI‑enabled tools and agent‑based workflows to improve integration efficiency, data quality, anomaly detection, and overall throughput.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
