SERVPRO is looking for a Customer Intake & Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will help guide customers through the first steps of the restoration process during what can be a stressful time. Your ability to stay calm, organized, and responsive will help set the tone for their entire experience. Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of customer service, administrative, or dispatch experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities at once
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in urgent or high-pressure situations

Nice To Haves

  • Previous dispatch or scheduling experience
  • Experience in restoration, construction, or service-based industries
  • Familiarity with job tracking or CRM systems
  • Knowledge of local service areas

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and service requests from customers and partners
  • Gather and enter accurate job information into internal systems during intake
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians based on urgency, location, and availability
  • Prioritize emergency calls and coordinate rapid response when needed
  • Keep customers informed on scheduling, delays, and next steps
  • Handle customer questions, concerns, and scheduling conflicts in a professional and empathetic way
