We are looking for a highly motivated student to join our team as a Customer Insights Co-op from January to August OR May to August. As a Customer Insights Co-op, you will support customer and market research while gaining hands-on experience in a strategic, cross-functional environment.

Requirements

Enrollment in a related bachelor’s degree program (Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Business Analytics, or Computer Science)
On track to graduate in the next 3 semesters or less
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret information, identify trends, and support customer-focused recommendations
Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills with the ability to organize and present information clearly
Curiosity and a desire to better understand customers, markets, and business challenges
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and project work
Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Interest in customer research, business strategy, data analysis, process improvement, or Voice of Customer work

Responsibilities

Support customer and market research to better understand customer needs, priorities, and opportunities.
Contribute to Voice of Customer (VOC) projects and help translate customer feedback into actionable insights.
Analyze customer, market, and business data to identify trends, needs, and growth opportunities.
Develop insights and recommendations that support business strategy, product development, and organic growth.
Partner with cross-functional teams across the organization on customer-focused projects and initiatives.
Support CAPS scoping and testing, including gathering information, documenting findings, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Assist with the development of internal training content and resources based on research and project findings.
Present research findings, insights, and recommendations in a clear and meaningful way for business stakeholders.
Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on strengthening how customer and market insights are gathered and used.
