As the Customer Innovations Lead – Digital Supply Chain , you will be accountable for the leadership, performance and evolution of DyFlex’s Digital Supply Chain AMS practice . This role owns the end‑to-end customer support experience — ensuring stability, continuous improvement, and innovation across SAP Digital Supply Chain solutions. You will lead and grow a team of AMS consultants, act as the senior escalation point for customers , and proactively drive value‑add innovations beyond BAU support . This role is ideal for someone who combines strong SAP Digital Supply Chain expertise with people leadership, customer ownership, and a passion for continuous improvement .
