The Federal Reserve Financial Services (FRFS) is undergoing a strategic transformation to become a national, enterprise-focused organization. FRFS provides a suite of payments services including FedLine® Solutions, Fedwire®, National Settlement Service (NSS), FedCash®, FedACH®, and Check Services. The Customer & Industry Relations Manager will provide strategic direction and training for regional representation of key clients and industry stakeholders. This role manages the delivery of strategic operational and technical initiatives and develops long-term client planning. It is an expert-level position accountable for the performance and results of a team of professionals or people leaders, working independently with minimal supervision. This position has direct reports.
