About The Position
Kwik Trip is seeking energetic, outgoing, and positive people to provide customers with a high-quality customer and food service experience in clean, state-of-the-art facilities. Customer - Food Service Coworkers maintain the in-store food program and help keep the store clean and inviting. The role is an overnight position at Kwik Trip 365. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $20.30 per hour, plus a $3 per hour third-shift premium. Actual pay depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity. Kwik Trip shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers through bonuses that range from 8% to 12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage, depending on company profitability. The company also offers a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age to work in Kwik Trip stores.
