About The Position
Kwik Trip is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and positive Customer - Food Service Coworker to provide customers with a great customer and food service experience in a clean, state-of-the-art store. The role includes maintaining the in-store food program, helping customers, and keeping the store clean and inviting. Coworkers should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to solve problems and shift priorities quickly. Some weekend and holiday availability is required. This position is for overnight shifts at Kwik Trip 836. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $20.30, based on qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity. Coworkers may also receive bonuses of 8–12% of gross annual wages depending on company profitability.
