About The Position
Kwik Trip is seeking energetic, outgoing, and positive people to work as Customer - Food Service Coworkers. The role provides customer and food service in clean, state-of-the-art facilities and includes maintaining the in-store food program and keeping the store clean and inviting. Coworkers serve customers in a fast-paced environment and may need to solve challenges and shift priorities quickly. Some weekend and holiday availability is required. The listed full pay range is $15.00 to $20.30. Actual pay depends on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency, and internal equity. Kwik Trip shares 40% of pre-tax profits with coworkers through bonuses ranging from 8% to 12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage, depending on company profitability. The company also offers a comprehensive benefits package.

- Must be at least 16 years of age to work in Kwik Trip stores.
