About The Position

Benzinger’s Clothing Care is seeking a full-time Customer Experience (CX) Team Member for their Orchard Park location. This role involves interacting directly with customers, assisting with clothing care needs, and ensuring a friendly, easy, and personal experience. The store is a welcoming neighborhood location with a dedicated customer base. The ideal candidate will enjoy getting to know customers and maintaining a high standard of service.

• Availability to work up to two Saturdays per month from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• Availability for a combination of opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with customers, greeting them warmly.
• Assist customers with garment drop-offs and pick-ups.
• Answer customer questions.
• Check incoming garments and other items into the customer database.
• Organize completed orders for easy pick-up.
• Maintain store cleanliness, neatness, and an inviting atmosphere.
• Learn and perform opening and closing responsibilities.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
