This role is crucial for the operation, acting as a 'project Sherpa' for homeowners. The Customer Experience Specialist will be the primary point of contact, ensuring customers feel heard, informed, and excited throughout their experience, from onboarding to system activation and beyond.

  • Prior experience in customer success, hospitality, or solar operations is a major plus.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Have CRM experience (specific workflow training will be provided).
  • This is a full-time, in-office role at the Stamford, CT headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Be the dedicated point of contact for customers, ensuring proactive updates and clarity on next steps.
  • Become an expert in home electrification, translating complex solar and energy concepts into understandable terms for customers.
  • Manage customer interactions via phone, email, and messaging with a helpful and proactive approach.
  • Collaborate with field and operations teams to resolve issues and exceed customer expectations.
  • Utilize AI tools, automation, and CRM systems to enhance customer connections and reduce administrative tasks.
