About The Position

Crain Hyundai Fayetteville is needing a Customer Experience Specialist to join their team! The new team member will serve as the face of the dealership both in the showroom and in the service areas.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Positive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Clean background and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and answer calls professionally
  • Monitor cleanliness of all guest-facing areas
  • Coordinate customer feedback and CSI surveys
  • Assist in event setup and customer follow-up
  • Answer overflow inbound phone calls and make warm transfers
