About The Position

Eagle Eye Produce is a premier grower shipper with more than 30,000 acres under cultivation, growing in multiple states in the United States and several locations in Mexico, focusing on providing customers with a year-round supply of products including various potato varieties (including organics), onions, watermelon, and Nogales Vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, squash, cucumbers). The company owns and operates state-of-the-art production facilities and has sales offices across the United States, with a dedicated team focused on meeting customer needs. This role is for an exceptional Operations Leader who thrives on challenges, creating structure, solving problems, and improving business operations. The ideal candidate will enjoy building systems, improving processes, creating efficiencies, and driving results with minimal oversight. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact, shape the future of the business, and work closely with leadership to identify opportunities, implement better systems, enhance the customer experience, and optimize team performance. This is an on-site role at the Eagle Eye Produce sales office in Idaho Falls, ID.

Requirements

  • CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365)
  • 5+ years in Sales, negotiation or communication experience preferred
  • Loves organizing chaos!
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement training.
  • Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Operate in a sales supporting role, assisting some of our largest and best clients
  • Own and continuously improve the entire sales process
  • Track KPIs and sales metrics, providing data to sales managers to ensure accountability and high performance
  • Identify bottlenecks and eliminate inefficiencies
  • Further develop sales procedures to streamline processes and standardize between departments
  • Develop SOPs and documentation for repeatable excellence
  • Ensure every customer receives exceptional experience from a systems and ease of doing business standpoint
  • Prepare/analyze customer scorecards for business reviews
  • Resolve complex customer issues
  • Train employees on new procedures
  • Develop new systems as business needs evolve
  • Improve communication between departments
  • Reduce customer friction throughout the buying journey
  • Continuously evaluate current flows
  • Coordinate projects across departments
  • Present findings to leadership
  • Other duties as assigned
