About The Position

As a Customer Experience Professional here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in shaping our customer experience initiatives. Your expertise in customer service, problem-solving, and relationship management will be instrumental in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. You will report directly to our Customer Experience Manager and work out of our Muncie In location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a direct impact on enhancing customer satisfaction, driving loyalty, and building strong relationships with our customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, resolve issues, and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience.
