About The Position

We are hiring a Customer Experience Office Manager to be the central hub of our growing flooring business. This is a high-ownership role where you will manage customer communication, scheduling, office operations, and marketing support. You will often be the primary in-office team member while the sales team is in the field. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office management, customer service, or administrative role (required)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable handling multiple priorities at once
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Tech-comfortable (Salesforce, QuickBooks, and PNC Portal experience a plus)

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in marketing or social media is a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls and web leads and schedule appointments
  • Support customers from first contact through installation follow-up
  • Coordinate installation schedules and product orders
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
  • Support marketing efforts including social media and local outreach
  • Assist with invoices, deposits, and basic accounting tasks in QuickBooks
  • Communicate with installers, vendors, and customers to keep projects on track
