As a Customer Experience Manager, you will help residents feel at home in our community and assist prospective residents in finding their perfect apartment home! Requirements

• Leasing, sales, and/or customer service experience desired.
• Minimum of one year of experience in general marketing, social media, and online marketing.
• Exceptional multi-tasking and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Weekend availability is required.

Nice To Haves

• A good understanding of basic accounting practices is a plus.
• Entrata Core experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing Customer Experience Specialist performance.
• Processing applications and leases.
• Assisting with move-in and move-out needs, including generating documentation and contracts necessary for renting.
• Assisting with outreach marketing, social media marketing, and with coordinating leasing and resident activities.
• May occasionally perform supervisory duties in the absence of the Community Manager.
