City Auto Murfreesboro is hiring a Customer Experience Manager for our innovative Mitsubishi boutique located inside Tanger Outlets Nashville in Antioch, TN. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a customer-focused team in a modern retail environment designed around education, engagement, and exceptional service rather than traditional automotive sales. Requirements
- Previous leadership, team lead, supervisor, or management experience
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and employee development skills
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to motivate team members and create a positive work environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Confidence leading customer-facing operations in a retail setting
- Professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail
- Comfort using performance metrics to drive results
- Candidates should be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other peak traffic periods as needed to support showroom operations and team success.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily showroom operations and customer experience initiatives
- Coach and support Product Specialists and showroom team members
- Monitor customer interactions to ensure exceptional service standards
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and workflow coordination
- Help drive qualified dealership test-drive appointments
- Maintain visual merchandising and showroom presentation standards
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on engagement and accountability
