The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for delivering a customer-centric shopping experience by managing and delivering effective front-end operations and expectations. This role leads omnichannel processes, maintains store recovery standards to deliver Brand Promises, and provides friendly customer service. The Manager on Duty (MOD) interacts positively with others, promotes the organization's vision and values, and serves as a role model. They acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions. This role also participates in truck unloading and stocking, manages and executes shrink and safety programs, and may cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production. In select stores without a Framing Manager, responsibilities include leading the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions.
