CarvanaChandler, AZ

About The Position

This is an 18 to 24 month leadership development program that leads to an operations leadership role in one of our last mile delivery locations, iconic car Vending Machines, or new car showrooms across the country. Even better than that, every six months you'll apply what you’ve learned through mentorship and coursework to get certified in a different part of how Carvana actually operates. The Leadership Development Program starts where many Carvana leaders did, the Market Operations Customer Advocate role. Along with creating memorable experiences on the driveway or at our state of the art Car Vending Machine, you’ll also: Put our AI and products to work every day (we're a tech company that also sells cars), learning the systems that move a car from click to customer. Learn how a world-class fulfillment operation moves cars, haulers, and people from first to last mile, and build the skills to lead one. Drive our signature car hauler (the image of Carvana on the road that we designed ourselves) to deliver a curated experience that our customers will never forget. Get your hands on the whole operation, from the detail bay to the driveway, learning the work by doing it instead of reading about it. Learn and work at our unmistakable car Vending Machines. Develop leadership skills and credentials that will unlock career opportunities in driving fast-growth operations.
