About The Position

Join our Field Sales & Service Team as a Customer Experience Lead where you’ll have fun while making a difference in the lives of our customers every day! We are the world's largest junk removal company! Southwind, owners of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? is committed to excellence in customer service and employee satisfaction and we're expanding across 50+ US locations. We're hiring ambitious, outgoing, and dynamic individuals who are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Experience Lead, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job. Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service, lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates. You will also remove junk safely from homes and businesses, and drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided).

Must maintain availability for 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day every week
