About The Position

Join our Field Sales & Service Team as a Customer Experience Lead where you’ll have fun while making a difference in the lives of our customers every day! We are the world's largest junk removal company! Southwind, owners of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? is committed to excellence in customer service and employee satisfaction and we're expanding across 50+ US locations. We're hiring ambitious, outgoing, and dynamic individuals who are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Experience Lead, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job. Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service, lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates. You will remove junk safely from homes and businesses, and drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided). You will also lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75+ lbs and represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance.
