About The Position

Join our Field Sales & Service Team and help us deliver exceptional customer moments and powerful service experiences. We're Southwind— the highest-performing 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise group — built on integrity, accountability, and investing in people. As a Customer Experience Lead, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job. Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service, lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates. You will also remove junk safely from homes and businesses, and drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided). This is an active, hands-on job where no two days are the same, with room to advance and build new skills. We are the world's largest junk removal company!
