Join our Field Sales & Service Team as a Customer Experience Lead with 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Twin Cities, part of the Southwind franchise group, the highest-performing 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise group. Responsibilities
- Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service
- Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates
- Remove junk safely from homes and businesses
- Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided)
- Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75+ lbs
- Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance
