As a Customer Experience Data Analyst, you’ll empower Customer Experience leaders and teams to make informed decisions by translating orderbook and operational data into reliable reporting, actionable insights, and clear business recommendations. You’ll develop and maintain Tableau and advanced Excel solutions, monitor data quality, and investigate discrepancies across reporting layers and source systems. You’ll own new projects and reporting initiatives end-to-end, collaborating with CE Leadership, Supply Chain, D&D, and global stakeholders. You’ll also apply approved AI and automation capabilities to improve the speed, quality, consistency, and scalability of reporting while maintaining data stewardship. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel with large datasets
  • 2+ years of reporting, analytics, or business intelligence experience
  • Experience building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or similar BI tools
  • Advanced Excel skills including lookups, SUMIFS, pivot tables, and large dataset analysis
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills
  • Ability to translate business objectives into reporting solutions and actionable insights
  • Experience with data quality validation and reporting governance practices
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards and advanced Excel reporting solutions
  • Partner with Customer Experience and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Design and validate reporting logic, calculations, and visualizations to ensure data accuracy and usability
  • Monitor reporting performance and investigate data discrepancies to support timely issue resolution
  • Support reporting migrations, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage reporting requests, priorities, and stakeholder communication
  • Maintain reporting documentation, training materials, and governance standards
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis and reporting to support Customer Experience and Supply Chain business priorities
