About The Position

CRDN is seeking an ideal candidate to support both internal and external customers through their journey with our restoration services. This role requires consistent and complete documentation of work and communications so that the status of a job is clear to whomever needs to access a status update/job file. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently as needed, and possess a mix of customer service, problem-solving, and maintain a positive and coachable attitude.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) are required.
  • Must be willing to engage in live conversation to solve problems.
  • Must have attention to detail with an ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end coordination and communications for all customer jobs.
  • Collaborate with direct teammates and “extended teammates” to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Interact with customers and carriers regarding jobs, their status and provide timely updates with professionalism and empathy.
