Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, supply chain, or a related role.
  • Strong working knowledge of order management, logistics, or inventory processes.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and data entry systems (ERP/CRM experience is an asset).
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative, customer-first approach.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with export documentation or additional languages is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy from entry through shipment.
  • Track availability, allocate product, and keep orders on schedule.
  • Build relationships with customers by responding quickly and solving issues with care and clarity.
  • Share updates on order and shipment status to keep customers informed and confident.
  • Partner with sales, logistics, and internal teams to manage order issues, lead times, and special requirements.
  • Troubleshoot challenges and follow through to resolution.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for domestic and export orders.
  • Support reporting and continuous improvement of customer care processes.
