Renewal by Andersen, the nation's largest start to finish window replacement company, is looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our growing operations team. As the primary point of contact for our homeowners, you'll build lasting relationships, provide concierge level service, and coordinate each project from start to finish. Requirements

2+ years of experience in customer service, project coordination, account management, hospitality, or a related customer facing role.
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating across teams, and keeping work on track from start to finish.
A natural communicator who builds trust, provides exceptional service, and confidently navigates both positive and challenging customer interactions.
Able to prioritize competing responsibilities, anticipate next steps, and take ownership of moving projects forward.
Resourceful, adaptable, and confident resolving issues while collaborating across multiple departments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain processes to homeowners and internal partners.
Highly organized with a commitment to accuracy and thorough documentation.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and an insurable driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1+ years of customer service, administrative support, or project coordination experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in construction, home improvement, project coordination, or LEAN methodology is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing concierge level service from project kickoff through installation.
Manage assigned projects, coordinate with internal teams, and keep every project moving toward installation.
Anticipate customer needs, resolve obstacles, and proactively address issues before they escalate.
Keep homeowners and teammates informed through clear, timely updates and coordination.
Maintain detailed documentation and accurate project records.
Continuously build your knowledge of our products, processes, and systems.
Balance multiple homeowner relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
