About The Position
AO (American Income Division) is seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals to join their team as Entry-Level Remote Client Representatives. This 100% remote position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, developing new skills, and growing within a supportive, mentorship-focused organization. AO provides training and support for those entering the workforce, changing careers, or seeking greater flexibility. No prior insurance experience is required. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Must be physically located within the United States
- Ability to obtain a resident Life & Health Insurance License

Responsibilities

- Schedule and confirm virtual consultations
- Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
- Explain products and services clearly and professionally
- Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates
- Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Participate in virtual training and mentorship programs
- Learn insurance products, systems, and client service best practices
- Develop communication, customer service, and leadership skills
- Collaborate with a supportive remote team
- Continue building professional skills through ongoing coaching
