Customer Experience Asssociate
About The Position
Manuel Builders is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Bilingual Customer Experience Associate to be the face of our office and support key operational processes behind the scenes. In this role, you will greet visitors and answer calls in English & Spanish, keep our office running smoothly and professionally, manage permitting and site evaluation processes, support sales leads, customer events, and scheduling, and assist with home handoff and closing coordination. The ideal candidate is fluent in English & Spanish, detail-oriented and great with people, comfortable juggling multiple tasks, experienced in admin/office support (construction or real estate a plus!), and ready to join a growing team and make an impact.
Requirements
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (Written and Verbal) is required.
- Previous experience in office administration, permitting, or a professional receptionist role preferred.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital scheduling tools.
- High level of organization, proactive problem-solving, and a "hospitality-first" mindset.

- Construction or real estate experience a plus!
