About The Position

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of operating computers, telephone equipment, and software programs.

Responsibilities

  • Providing the first impression of the Planet Automotive Service Guest Experience with professionalism, clear communication, answering questions, and listening to guest concerns.
  • Acting as a key player in the Parts and Service team.
  • Assisting in de-escalating situations involving upset guests.
  • Utilizing provided phone training and word tracks to overcome objectives and concerns.
  • Answering repair status inquiries by working with Parts Specialists, Service Advisors, and Management.
  • Handling a fast-paced, multi-task position in an environment with 5-7 other staff members, managing simultaneous calls.
  • Scheduling service appointments and providing estimates on certain repairs.
  • Providing basic maintenance and warranty information.
