  • Customer service, sales, or leadership experience is helpful but not required. Full training is provided for every new team member.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and conducting virtual or in-person appointments with members who have requested information
  • Explaining available coverage options in a clear, professional, and easy-to-understand way
  • Helping families identify plans that fit their needs
  • Building trust through strong communication, follow-up, and ongoing support
  • Maintaining accurate records and completing required documentation
  • Taking part in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development
  • Working with a supportive team focused on integrity, growth, and results
