The Customer Experience Associate is responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, resolving concerns, and processing transactions accurately and efficiently. This role also involves maintaining department sanitation, adhering to store and legal guidelines, and cooperating with co-workers to ensure smooth store operations. The associate will also be responsible for utilizing company-provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and may assist in other departments as needed.
