About The Position

We’re looking for motivated, dependable individuals who enjoy working with people and are eager to grow. You’ll work directly with union members and association clients who are looking for guidance with supplemental benefit programs designed to help protect themselves and their families. There’s no cold calling or door-to-door sales. You’ll connect with members who have requested information and help make the process simple and easy to understand.

• Basic computer proficiency
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
• Good organization and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and stay accountable
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check

Responsibilities

• Connect with members who have requested information about their benefits
• Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
• Learn about each member’s needs and priorities
• Explain available benefit programs in a clear and professional manner
• Help clients understand their options and complete the enrollment process
• Provide ongoing support and build positive client relationships
• Develop valuable communication, leadership, and client-service skills
