About The Position

This role involves supporting assigned clients' programs, responding to customer inquiries when the primary consultant is unavailable, and maintaining consistent communication with the consultant regarding customer activities. The associate will assist in ordering services, providing necessary documentation for customer files, and ensuring timely and complete documentation of all activities within Altair systems. Key responsibilities include processing customer requests for benefits such as disbursements, lodging, and travel, as well as undertaking any additional tasks, activities, or projects as required.

Requirements

  • Prior administrative experience and skills with exceptional follow-up skills
  • Ability to deliver a great customer experience
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, high diligence
  • Working knowledge of various software applications and tools including but not limited to Microsoft Office Products, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to confidently communicate at multiple levels across the Company and with others as required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Deadline and time sensitive

Nice To Haves

  • High School diploma or the equivalent combination of experience, skills, training, and education required.

Responsibilities

  • General knowledge of Consultant’s assigned clients’ programs
  • Respond to general inquiries from customers when Consultant is not available
  • Communicate consistently with Consultant on any activities with customers
  • Assists in ordering services and providing documents and information for assigned customer files
  • Timely and complete documentation of activity in Altair systems
  • Process customer requests for benefits including but not limited to disbursements, lodging and travel
