About The Position

This role involves supporting consultants by handling general customer inquiries, assisting with service orders, providing necessary documentation, and processing customer requests for benefits such as disbursements, lodging, and travel. The associate will be responsible for maintaining timely and complete documentation of all activities within Altair systems and ensuring a great customer experience.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or the equivalent combination of experience, skills, training, and education required.
  • Prior administrative experience and skills with exceptional follow-up skills
  • Ability to deliver a great customer experience
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, high diligence
  • Working knowledge of various software applications and tools including but not limited to Microsoft Office Products, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to confidently communicate at multiple levels across the Company and with others as required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Deadline and time sensitive

Responsibilities

  • Respond to general inquiries from customers when Consultant is not available
  • Communicate consistently with Consultant on any activities with customers
  • Assist in ordering services and providing documents and information for assigned customer files
  • Timely and complete documentation of activity in Altair systems
  • Process customer requests for benefits including but not limited to disbursements, lodging and travel
  • Any additional tasks, activities, and/or projects as required
