About The Position
Inova Heart and Vascular Retail Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Associate to join the team. This role will be full-time evening shifts; Wednesday - Sunday. Requirements
- High School or GED.
- One (1) customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensures that all prescriptions in the Ready to Dispense work que are filled in no more than 14 days.
- Pulls any prescriptions in pick-up bin after 14 days and gives to pharmacist for return to stock.
- Completes intake forms and collects pertinent data from patients at drop-off including correct spelling of name, date of birth, allergies, and insurance information.
- Completes cash register transactions and appropriately balances register.
- Ensures privacy of patient information by following HIPPA guidelines and laws.
- Complete daily and monthly deposit reports.
- Checks inventory for out-of-date products and removes expired products while maintaining an organized and up to date inventory.
- Orders and receives front-end inventory stock while maintaining inventory accuracy.
