About The Position

The Customer Experience Associate will be responsible for greeting and welcoming members, guests, and visitors, managing customer complaints, and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures. This role involves providing information about programs and services, monitoring facility access, and assisting with membership sales. The associate will also maintain a clean front desk area, handle phone inquiries, perform administrative tasks, and collaborate with team members to ensure a positive environment. Additionally, this role serves as a resource and information clearinghouse for AG program staff.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer management software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome members, guests, and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues proactively and professionally.
  • Assist members and guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Provide accurate information about programs, services, and membership options.
  • Monitor access to the facility, ensuring security and safety protocols are followed.
  • Assist with membership sales, including explaining membership benefits and processing enrollments/registrations, printing membership cards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
  • Distribute towels to guests and process sales transactions.
  • Handle phone inquiries and direct calls to appropriate departments.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive working environment.
  • Serve as a resource and information clearinghouse to AG program staff.
