About The Position

Customer Experience Associate Eagle River, WI Team Parsons is seeking a friendly and dependable Customer Experience Associate to help create a welcoming and positive experience for every customer who visits our dealership. This front-line position supports both our customers and dealership team by assisting with daily operations, customer communication, and administrative support to ensure a smooth and professional experience throughout the dealership.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Customer service, administrative, or dealership experience strongly desired
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and warmly with customers and team members
  • Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate records
  • Comfortable handling basic math, cash transactions, and administrative processes with attention to detail
  • Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and sound judgment when resolving customer concerns
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support coworkers and contribute to a positive workplace culture
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Saturday availability (8am-1pm)
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, professional first impression by greeting all showroom and service customers with enthusiasm and hospitality
  • Guide customers to the appropriate team members and assist with general dealership inquiries
  • Support an exceptional customer experience by maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming customer lounge and reception area
  • Accurately maintain customer records, process transactions, and assist with administrative documentation and reporting
  • Handle customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency, escalating issues when appropriate
  • Support daily dealership operations including phone coverage, mail distribution, office organization, and supply management
  • Assist with cash handling, receipts, invoices, and basic inventory or operational tracking as needed
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth communication and a positive customer experience throughout the dealership
  • Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned
