About The Position

This role involves working closely with customers to discuss discounts and resolve issues related to our programs. The associate will reach out to customers to set appointments, cross-sell the Multi-Line discount, and handle incoming calls. Responsibilities also include collecting payments, making policy changes, setting up bill accounts, and handling other simple billing requests. Additionally, the role requires submitting claims paperwork, providing proof of insurance documents, and potentially assisting with INFB Health Plans. Any additional duties assigned by management will also be part of the role.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3 years of customer service experience, insurance experience preferred.
• Property & Casualty insurance license required or must be able to obtain this license within a year.
• Working knowledge of Farm Bureau discounts and programs or ability to learn this information quickly.
• Ability to communicate with a variety of audiences.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to interact professionally with our internal and external clients.
• Proficient in using Android and Apple phones.
• Ability to have patience and understanding in guiding customers through technology.

• Insurance experience preferred.

Responsibilities
