The Customer Experience Associate is responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction during checkout. This role involves operating scanning equipment and cash registers, accurately processing transactions, maintaining security and cash drawer procedures, and adhering to store and legal guidelines for tobacco and alcohol sales. The associate will also be responsible for maintaining knowledge of weekly ads and promotions, ensuring departmental sanitation and cleanliness, and cooperating with co-workers and supervisors for smooth store operations. Additionally, the role requires continuous improvement of job performance and the proper utilization of company-provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Associates may also be asked to assist in other departments.
