About the position
The job overview for the CX Outreach Associate role at Ladder is to be the face of the company and assist potential customers in buying a life insurance policy. Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of interested customers and tailor approach and recommendations at scale
- Help customers find a life insurance policy by connecting Ladder's benefits with customer's wants and needs
- Educate customers on the product and share information in a concise, personalized manner
- Represent the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders
- Take proactive steps to reach out to customers and build trust
- Understand customers and cultivate customer relationships to foster trust, ease concerns, and achieve conversion and policy goals
- Experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role
- Ability to listen and address customer's needs
- Ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability to changes and teamwork
- Willingness to be licensed in life insurance (or already licensed)
