Customer Experience Associate, Outreach

• Manage a pipeline of interested customers and tailor approach and recommendations at scale
• Help customers find a life insurance policy by connecting Ladder's benefits with customer's wants and needs
• Educate customers on the product and share information in a concise, personalized manner
• Represent the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders
• Take proactive steps to reach out to customers and build trust
• Understand customers and cultivate customer relationships to foster trust, ease concerns, and achieve conversion and policy goals
• Experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role
• Ability to listen and address customer's needs
• Ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Adaptability to changes and teamwork
• Willingness to be licensed in life insurance (or already licensed)
