About The Position

Dripping Springs Racquet Club is seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Customer Experience Associate & Member Experience Coordinator to serve as the face of our club while helping drive membership growth, program participation, and event success. This position combines exceptional customer service with sales, marketing, event coordination, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, creating engaging experiences, following up with prospective members, and helping programs reach full capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to contribute directly to the growth of the club.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome members and guests with professionalism, enthusiasm, and hospitality.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming club atmosphere.
  • Assist members with check-in, reservations, purchases, and account questions.
  • Answer phones, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve member concerns while maintaining a positive experience.
  • Promote club amenities, memberships, clinics, lessons, camps, tournaments, and special events.
  • Assist with new membership sales through tours, relationship building, and follow-up.
  • Contact prospective members through phone calls, emails, and text campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow-up systems.
  • Convert inquiries into membership through excellent customer service and consistent communication.
  • Support membership retention through outreach to inactive members and participation tracking.
  • Help execute referral campaigns and membership promotions.
  • Track membership leads, conversions, and retention activities.
  • Create, organize, coordinate, and facilitate revenue-generating events.
  • Develop creative programming that increases participation and enhances the member experience.
  • Promote events through social media, email marketing, flyers, and in-club communication.
  • Work with coaches and department leaders to ensure programs are adequately staffed and promoted.
  • Monitor registrations and assist in filling programs to capacity.
  • Track attendance, revenue, participation trends, and event success.
  • Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown.
  • Process reservations for courts, lessons, clinics, camps, and events.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling and reservation records.
  • Process membership applications, renewals, payments, and account updates.
  • Maintain accurate member information and transaction records.
  • Operate a point-of-sale system for memberships and Pro Shop purchases.
  • Assist with administrative projects as assigned.
  • Promote Pro Shop merchandise through product knowledge and recommendations.
  • Maintain attractive merchandise displays.
  • Assist with inventory organization and merchandising.
  • Help achieve monthly retail sales goals.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.
  • Ensure brochures, schedules, and promotional materials remain stocked and current.
  • Assist with maintaining common areas, pool deck, court water stations, and member spaces.
  • Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
  • Assist with event setup and facility preparation.
  • Help promote club programming through newsletters, social media, flyers, and member communications.
  • Capture photos and content during events for marketing purposes.
  • Assist with community outreach and promotional initiatives.
  • Represent the club professionally both in person and online.
